From a speech on the Senate floor from Paul G. Kirk, interim senator from Massachusetts in support of national health insurance and a public option: "I hope we will pause for a moment - to hear Ted Kennedy's voice in the quiet of our hearts."
Good to know where he stands and that he is certainly doing what he was appointed to do.
